At the beginning of each month the website will open for 2-4 days with a new collection drop. All the items in the new collection will be in stock at first drop and will be shipped out as soon as possible. Once an item goes out of stock it can still be ordered as a pre-order. While the website is open all items will be available for order or pre-order and will be shipped out on/by the date specified. If you miss this 2-4 day window you can still get the products you want but you will have to wait until the website opens again the next month. You can enter your email in the sign up box to get an email notification every time the site goes live so you never miss out. All items in your order will be shipped together in one package.
